Muh Turn Bitches
Ok, I have decided that I am going to keep my 300zx. And I am going to start a project with it.
My project consists of:
1990 Nissan 300ZX - own
2006 VQ35DE(TT)
Tein SS coilovers w/ EDFC - 1395.00 (Z1motorsports.com)
18" wheels (havent decided which ones to get)
Z1 Brake Upgrade Kit - 927.00 (Z1motorsports.com)
(will continue list later)

Boost, oil pressure, Wideband o2 Gauges.
Ditch the OEM TT fuel pump and go with either aeromotive or walbro.
Stronger Clutch.
New flywheel while you're at it.
Plenum Spacer

already have the exhaust. car came with oil pressure gauge. so all I need is the air/fuel, and boost.

not really, one of my friends from school has a 350z TT, pushing about 400hp and I was able to drift no problem.

na it wasnt that hard. all i did was put it in 2nd at high RPM's, pop the clutch, and the tires were spinning.
y'all do realize that most D1 cars are about 500hp and above right?

I want it, but I dont have that much money at the moment. I spent it on getting adapters.
and im prolly gunna go to a junk yard to get my motor and tranny. gunna actually try to get a front clip so I can properly take out the engine, tranny, etc. and then sell the body and stuff.

ok i did some long hard thinking, and bit the dirt.... but there is a update on my project. no longer am I going to do a VQ swap in it. Im thinkin RB26, or something else.
What I am going to do is actually by a 350Z, keep as a DD, and build my 300z. then when I am finished with my 300, going to the 350.
the way i want to get a 350 is go to a junk yard and find a wrecked one, not too wrecked(still drivable) and fix the body damage. or going to go to a dealer ship and find a used 03 or 04. that is what I am wanting the most is a 6spd, 03 or 04.
so give me ideas on the engine that will go into the 300ZX.
